Food Safety StandardsG&R Farms utilizes best practices and innovations in technology to guarantee the safety of their Vidalia® sweet onions. From the fields to their packing and shipping complex, food safety is at the forefront. 
The farm and packing facilities at G&R are certified by the Georgia Fruit and Vegetable Growers’ Association’s Georgia Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) Food Safety Program. This membership in the GAP Program enhances G&R’s ability to employ comprehensive food safety practices in the production of their Vidalia® sweet onions. 
In addition, G&R Farms’ Vidalia® sweet onions are extensively tested by a third-party laboratory to confirm food safety. Their onions are certified by Waters Agricultural Laboratories, Inc., which guarantees purity and pesticide-free status. Without question, the Vidalia® sweet onions produced at G&R Farms go through the most rigorous testing in the industry to ensure food safety for consumers.
